Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at tessa-jane.com. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligable to recieve a 100% refund.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product of purchase in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once your return request is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should allow up to 10 working days to recieve your funds, due to varrying bank processing times.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days of receiving your refund approval, double check that you are checking the correct bank account.

We also request that you contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items have the same refund policy as full price items. They can be returned up to 14 days after purchase, for the purchase price.
